The following statements pertain to customer service and our web site. Please note that online orders are for U.S. customers only. For international orders, please contact us directly.

We accept credit cards from American Express, Visa and Master Card. Domestic orders may also choose payment terms of Net 14 Days with additional credit check or documentation. Payment terms of Net 14 Days are available for phone orders only. All payments are in US Dollars.


Order placed by 12:00PM PST will be shipped the same day unless specified otherwise by your sales associate. Standard shipping is US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, typically delivers within 3-5 business days. Tracking information is provided upon request. Next Day AM, Next Day, and 2nd Day delivery are available via FedEx.


Prices are subject to change. However, we will make every effort to notify you in advance of a change. Invoices may be emailed or faxed, upon request, shortly following an order. A copy of your invoice will be shipped along with your products, unless stated otherwise.

*Tax and shipping fees will be added after placing your order and included in your invoice. California Sales Tax will be added to orders with a shipping address within California. USPS rates are used to calculate regular shipping cost based on weight and destination. Non-Standard shipping methods rates are higher cost than USPS.


All of our products are 100% guaranteed to meet our product specifications. Unicare Biomedical is committed to provide safe and effective products but in the rare case that a defect is found please do not hesitate to contact us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, call us and we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchange & Return Policies

Unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Call customer service for return authorizations.


Unicare Biomedical strives to keep a plentiful stock of products to avoid back order, while also maintaining products with the longest expiration date for our customers. In the unlikely event of a back-order, we will notify you at the time of your order and give you an estimated shipping date to get your items to you as soon as possible.
