At the moment, Unicare Biomedical, Inc. ships domestically to the U.S only. For Canadian customers, please contact us directly to place an order.
Order processing times are separate from the estimated shipping times displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order confirmation email. Customers may also receive another notification when their order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will most likely be prepared and shipped the next day. Please note that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Standard shipping is by United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, which typically delivers within 3-5 business days. Tracking information is provided upon order confirmation and fulfillment. Expedited shipping options: Next Day AM, Next Day, 2nd Day delivery, etc. are also available at checkout. Our shipments are FOB (origin) - Unicare is not liable for damages, destruction, etc. of goods once they have been transferred to the carrier.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available or be updated.
If you have not received your order within a week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter for you.
We accept credit cards from American Express, Visa and Master Card. Payment terms for invoicing (Net 14 Days) may be available upon additional credit check or documentation - however this option is available for phone orders only. All payments are conducted in US Dollars (USD).
